Introduction
Fishing ships usually refer to production vessels that directly catch fish and other fishery resources. With the increase of voyage, the expansion of production scale, and the refinement of labor division, the traditional fishing ships, which catch fish and keep fresh on board and transport them directly back to the base port, have gradually evolved into several specialized ships engaged in fishing, processing, and transporting catches. In order to improve the efficiency of fishery production, strengthen fishery production management, make reasonable use of fishery resources, and train fishery production personnel, fishery survey ships, fishery administration ships, and fishery practice ships have appeared (Fu 1996).
