Abstract

The fundus lesions seen in patients with dengue are often nonspecific and include retinal hemorrhages, peripapillary hemorrhages, Roth spots, cotton wool spots, intraretinal precipitates, retinal edema, neuroretinitis, vitreous hemorrhage, optic disk hyperemia, retinal vasculopathy, as well as dengue maculopathy. These retinal changes may occur in isolation or may be associated with anterior uveitis and vitritis.
