Abstract

Retinitis is a inflammation of the retina secondary to bacterial, virus, parazitic or fungal infection. The most common cause of retinitis of over the world is the Toxoplasma gondii. Retinitis secondary to each pathogen has a different clinical picture and the recognition of these signs are fundamental for the correct treatment.
