Betriebliche Gesundheitsförderung im Gesundheitsbereich

Zusammenfassung

Mit dem Präventionsgesetz wird dem Betrieb als herausgehobenes Setting der Gesundheitsförderung für erwachsene Menschen Rechnung getragen. Die Umsetzung der betrieblichen Gesundheitsförderung erfordert in der Regel die Konzeptionen von Programmen, die den Bedürfnissen des jeweiligen Unternehmens und seiner Mitarbeiter angepasst ist. Trotz zahlreicher positiver Evaluationsstudien sind wir von einer breiten Umsetzung der systematischen Gesundheitsförderung in den Betrieben noch weit entfernt. In dem Beitrag wird auf die Grundlagen sowie Schwierigkeiten bei der Implementation eingegangen. Auf Grundlage der vorliegenden Studien werden Kriterien vorgestellt, durch deren Beachtung sich die Wahrscheinlichkeit für eine erfolgreiche betriebliche Gesundheitsförderung erhöht.
