Endoskopische Techniken in der Reproduktionsmedizin

Zusammenfassung

Endoskopische Methoden sind integraler Bestandteil der Reproduktionsmedizin. Neben rein diagnostischen Abklärungen des inneren Genitales der Frau, wie im Rahmen der Chromopertubation, kommt der Endoskopie eine hohe Bedeutung beim Nachweis von Pathologien zu. Zu den Standardeingriffen zählen im Rahmen der operativen Hysteroskopie die Abtragung von Polypen, Septen und Myomen und die Synechiolyse. Laparoskopisch kommen der Myomenukleation, der Adhäsiolyse, der Endometriose-Sanierung, tubenchirurgischen Maßnahmen sowie der operativen Behandlung des Syndroms der polyzystischen Ovarien (PCOS) hohe Bedeutung zu. Zunehmend relevant werden endoskopische Methoden auch bei Patientinnen mit Wunsch nach Fertilitätserhalt im Rahmen der Therapie onkologischer oder autoimmuner Erkrankungen.
