Zusammenfassung
Maligne Lymphome der Haut bilden eine heterogene Gruppe neoplastischer Erkrankungen mit einem breiten Spektrum klinischer, histologischer und phänotypischer Manifestationen, wobei die kutanen T-Zell Lymphome und hierbei insbesondere die Mycosis fungoides die häufigste Lymphomform darstellen. Häufigkeit, Prognose und somit auch Behandlung kutaner Lymphome unterscheiden sich zum Teil deutlich von denen morphologisch vergleichbarer nodaler Lymphome. Die Klassifikation kutaner Lymphome richtet sich nach der revidierten WHO-Klassifikation 2016. Die klinisch-pathologische Korrelation spielt in der Diagnose und Zuordnung eine zentrale Rolle.
