FormalPara Synthese – Verteilung – Abbau – EliminationDie Resorption nach oraler Gabe erfolgt rasch und vollständig. Die Substanz wird in geringem Maße (<10 %) an Proteine gebunden. Die Metabolisierung erfolgt vorwiegend hepatisch, die Ausscheidung geschieht über den Harn.

FormalPara Funktion – PathophysiologiePropyphenazon wird eingesetzt bei Fieber und leichten bis mittelschweren Schmerzen. Nach Gabe von Propyphenazon werden gelegentlich Magen-Darm-Beschwerden wie Übelkeit, Völlegefühl und Erbrechen beobachtet.
