FormalPara BeschreibungPhalloidine sind zyklische Heptapeptide. Sie verursachen wahrscheinlich die ersten Symptome nach Verzehr von giftigen Knollenblätterpilzen (z. B. Amanita phalloides). Lebensbedrohlich wird die Vergiftung mit Knollenblätterpilzen jedoch durch den Gehalt an Amanitinen (s. Amanitine). Phalloidin- zusammen mit dem Amanitinnachweis mittels HPLC, GC-MS oder LC-MS/MS.
