Patienten mit erhöhtem Aspirationsrisiko stellen eine besondere Herausforderung bei der Intubation und Extubation dar. Das praktische Vorgehen wird in diesem Kapitel ebenso dargestellt wie die Risiken und Therapieoptionen nach Aspiration.
