Zusammenfassung

Die Gewährleistung einer zufriedenstellenden Schmerzlinderung nach ambulanten Eingriffen zählt zur Sorgfaltspflicht von Operateur und Anästhesist. Stärkere postoperative Schmerzen sind einer der häufigsten Gründe für eine ungeplante postoperative stationäre Weiterbehandlung und somit eine Kontraindikation für die ambulante operative Betreuung. Vor Entlassung müssen ein zufrieden stellendes Vigilanzniveau erreicht und eine suffiziente Schmerzbehandlung sichergestellt sein.
