Zusammenfassung
In diesem Kapitel beleuchten wir eine spezielle Form der internen Kommunikation unter Mitarbeitenden, die wir Wissenskommunikation nennen. Dabei geht es um den direkten Wissenstransfer durch gesprochene, schriftliche und visuelle Kommunikation (z. B. zwischen Spezialisten und Generalisten) mit dem Ziel einer gemeinsamen Problemlösung. Dieser Typ von Kommunikation stellt große Anforderungen an die Beteiligten und kann besonders leicht scheitern. Es gibt jedoch auch zahlreiche Hinweise aus der Forschung, wie diese komplexe Verständigung unter Mitarbeitenden besser gelingen kann. Der vorliegende Beitrag fasst diese Forschungsergebnisse zusammen und zeigt die Relevanz, die Problemstellungen und mögliche Lösungsansätze für die Wissenskommunikation in Organisationen auf.
