Zusammenfassung
In enger Auseinandersetzung mit der einschlägigen Fachliteratur bezieht sich der Beitrag auf zwei Arten von Neuerungen: Innovation und Kreativität. Den Ausgangspunkt bildet eine kritische Auseinandersetzung mit vorherrschenden Mythen und Idealisierungen. In organisatorischer Hinsicht werden nicht nur Vernetzungen im Prozess der Hervorbringung von Innovation und Kreativität hervorgehoben, sondern auch über Stories und Narrationen verfasste retrospektive Deutungen, weil sie es sind, die für die Anerkennung von Neuerungen entscheidend sind.
