Zusammenfassung

Der Beitrag gibt einen Überblick über die wichtigsten gesundheitsrelevanten Verhaltensweisen. Zunächst werden die gesundheitlichen Konsequenzen der Ernährung, der körperlichen Aktivität, des Körpergewichts, des Rauchens und des Alkoholkonsums beschrieben. Anschließend werden die diesbezüglichen Trends und sozialen Unterschiede erklärt. Der Beitrag zeigt, dass gesundheitliche Aspekte des Lebensstils in einen generellen Lebensstil integriert und durch vielfältige Mechanismen mit sozialen Faktoren verknüpft sind.
