Zusammenfassung
Die Vermittlung multisensorischer Erlebnisse nimmt in der Marketingpraxis seit Jahren eine bedeutende Rolle ein. Innerhalb der Multisensorik ist die haptische Wahrnehmung, die Kunden oftmals unterbewusst beeinflusst, von besonderer Bedeutung. Die gezielte Herbeiführung haptischer Effekte stellt in der Praxis allerdings immer noch die Ausnahme dar und dies, obwohl von haptischen Reizen starke Beeinflussungswirkungen ausgehen. Der Beitrag erläutert die Wirkungsweise der Haptik und liefert umfassende Handlungsempfehlungen zur systematischen Gestaltung von haptischen Eindrücken mit dem Ziel, die haptischen Wirkungen der Markenkommunikation zu optimieren.
