Zusammenfassung
Urämische Patienten weisen sowohl vermehrt Blutungen als auch thromboembolische Ereignisse auf. Eine verlängerte Blutungszeit gilt als bester Labortest, um eine urämische Blutungsneigung zu detektieren. Adäquate Dialyse verbessert die durch Urämie induzierte Thrombozytendysfunktion. Je nach Blutungskomplikation können therapeutisch verschiedene Arzneimittel eingesetzt werden. Dialysepatienten weisen sowohl eine systemische Inflammation als auch eine Immundefizienz auf.
