Zusammenfassung

Thoraxschmerz ist ein häufiges Beschwerdebild, das als Schmerz oder Beklemmungsgefühl einhergehend mit oder ohne Dyspnoe im Bereich des Brustkorbs auftritt. Thoraxschmerz kann auf eine Vielzahl von Erkrankungen zurückgeführt werden, deren Ursache sowohl im Thorax selbst als auch in Organen außerhalb des Brustkorbs mit z. B. Projektion aus dem Bauchraum zu finden ist.
