Zusammenfassung
Die Sonografie ist ein Routineverfahren der Diagnostik, das in jeder Klinik leicht verfügbar ist. Ihre Stärke liegt insbesondere in der schmerz- und gefahrlosen Anwendung. Damit ist das Verfahren für die Verlaufskontrollen von Befunden gut geeignet. Außerdem handelt es sich um ein Echtzeitverfahren, in dem Bewegungsabläufe beobachtet werden können.
