Zusammenfassung

Unter Laborparametern werden Werte verstanden, die aus Körperflüssigkeiten wie Blut, Urin und Liquor oder auch aus anderen Körpermaterialien gewonnen werden. Diese Werte können biochemische, endokrinologische, hämatologische und immunologische Laborparameter sein. Bezüglich des Zusammenhangs von Schlafen und Wachen mit Laborparametern gibt es sich teilweise widersprechende Aussagen, was durch Unterschiede in der Abnahme- und der Analysetechnik bedingt sein kann. Viel mehr als der Schlaf selbst führt der zirkadiane Rhythmus zu teilweise markanten Änderungen von Laborparametern.
