Anämien bei Kindern und Jugendlichen

Zusammenfassung

Die Anamnese beim Kind mit Anämie zielt zuerst darauf, den Schweregrad und die Geschwindigkeit des Einsetzens der Symptome zu erkennen. Hierzu dienen Blässe, Lethargie, Trinkfaulheit, Spielunlust und Belastungsdyspnoe. Bei chronischen, gut kompensierten Anämien sind diese Zeichen in der Regel wesentlich weniger ausgeprägt als bei akuten Anämien.
