Zusammenfassung

Autoinflammatorische Syndrome sind seltene, in der Regel monogen erbliche chronische Erkrankungen, gekennzeichnet durch multisystemische Entzündungsprozesse mit rekurrierenden Fieberattacken (Tab. 1). Charakteristische Autoimmunphänomene wie Autoantikörper oder autoantigenspezifische T-Zellen werden nicht nachgewiesen.
