Abstract
Multimedia systems require electronic displays with high resolution and video performance. The solution in terms of display technologies such as LCDs and OLEDs is active matrix (AM) driving. This chapter describes the signal path from digital panel input to row and column signals in terms of ICs (integrated circuits); the so-called panel electronics system.
