PCRS; The patient competency rating scale for neurorehabilitation (PCRS-NR)
Description
The patient competency rating scale (PCRS) is a self-report scale that aims to assess self-awareness following brain injury. It consists of 30 items that specify different tasks and functions in four domains (activities of daily living, behavioral and emotional function, cognitive abilities, and physical function), to which the participant responds on a 5-point scale, reflecting how much difficulty they have with that task/function.
