Serious

Rare neuroleptic malignant syndrome, agranulocytosis, seizures, and cardiovascular events in the elderly

Common

Akathisia, extrapyramidal symptoms, Parkinsonism, tardive dyskinesia, weight gain, dizziness, sedation, and hypotension
