RELATES
Introduction
RELATES is a joint initiative of Spain’s two most important family therapy (FT) schools: the FT School of the San Pablo Hospital in Barcelona and the Basque Country and Navarre FT School (founding members). The goal of the initiative is to create a relational network between the schools and their associate centers in Latin America.
Besides the sponsor members, the “Instituto Tzapopan” (Guadalajara, Mexico), the “Escuela Sistémica Argentina” (Buenos Aires, Argentina), the “Centro Peruano de Terapia Familiar y de Pareja” (Lima, Peru), and the “Fundaterapia” (Bogotá, Colombia) were, as well, founding members.
The objective was to transform numerous bilateral relationships into an associative fabric to enhance their creative potential and disseminate FT in the Hispanic-Latin American world.
