Definitions

The deployment strategy of cellular network is a complete plan that includes evaluation mechanisms, processes, and algorithms to deploy base stations of cellular network. The aim of evaluation mechanisms is to assess the performance of deployment solution that the user can notice the improvements barely. The common definition of process is a series of actions to achieve deployment goals, and the algorithm is brought up for mathematical instructions or rules that are designed according to deployment goal.
