Attitude toward change refers to an employee’s overall positive or negative evaluative judgment of a change initiative.
Introduction
In the last few years, organizations had come under intense pressure to initiate change in a bid to cope with technological advancement (Ahmad and Cheng 2018). Although some organizations implement change in order to survive, they often face serious problems through change implementation process which results in failure to achieve intended change objectives (Hassan et al. 2020). According to Beer and Nohria (2000), two-thirds of all change initiatives fail. One major cause of the failure of organizational change is related to employee attitudes toward change (Choi 2011).
