Definitions
E-Governance: The application of information and communication technologies (ICTs) for the provision of public information and services, and to promote participation and democracy.
East Asia: Refers to the eastern region of Asia and comprises of China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Japan, Mongolia, North Korea, and South Korea.
