Brief Definition or Concept Description of Human Resource Information Systems
Human resource information system (HRIS) may be defined as integrated computer systems designed to execute multiple tasks in regard to the flow of information within organizations as it pertains to its human resources. HRIS have the capacity to manage such data with functionalities around acquisition: storage, analysis, manipulation, retrieval, dissemination, and control.
