Definition
Personality is the complete, unchanging characteristics and traits of an individual. These attributes whether good or bad, productive or unproductive, influence behavior and determines an individualās response. Personality is an intricate part of a leader and a leaderās ability to motivate and sustain themselves and the group. Personality is most often observed through the temperament, feelings, and subsequent behavioral responses of the individual. Personality is measurable, influencing cognition and behavior. Personality is developed throughout adolescence and later adulthood and is the complete development of psychological coordination. Personality follows patterns and is instinctive to the individual.
