Introduction

Governance and democracy are important issues to understand the politics of any state. In the community of nations, governance is considered and treated as “good” and “democratic” to the degree in which all the institutions and processes of state are accountable, transparent, and effective. Governance is always responsible to make the unique and necessary decisions or policies for a given political system, a state, or an organization. Democracy is one of the legal ways of governance of state. Bryce says, “Democracy is that form of government in which the ruling of a state is legally vested, not in any particular class or classes, but in the members of the community as a whole” (Bryce 1929). Actually there is a reciprocal relation in between governance and democracy.
