Definition

The term “sustainable development administration” describes an aspect of public policy that is concerned with the application of the sustainable development paradigm to public administration structures, processes, and institutions. “Administration” here relates to a broad array of operational processes and discrete tasks that facilitate the development and implementation of public sector policies – though the term is also used in relation to private sector operations.
