Abstract
A 6-week-old female infant presented with a leg pain after a witnessed fall. Radiographs demonstrated a nondisplaced femur fracture. A Pavlik harness was selected to treat the fracture. The harness was well tolerated by the patient and family. The femur fracture healed successfully within 4 weeks without any complications.
