Amderminsky Commercial Seaport – was founded in 1953 on the northeastern coast of the Yugor Peninsula of the Northern Sea Route, the Kara Sea, Amderma town. It usually operates only during the summer navigation season from the beginning of June to the beginning of November. It is an Arctic mooring port, where vessel offloading is done in the open moorage to the hulk pontoons (up to 100 tonnes) and oil loading pontoons (up to 55 tonnes), which are warped by motor boats to docks in Amderminka River and to the east of it. There is one more additional moorage, which is used for local vessels towing.
