Abstract
Ollier’s disease is a rare, nonhereditary condition characterized by the presence of multiple enchondromas, especially located at the metaphyseal regions of long bones. It is usually diagnosed by the appearance of multiple metaphyseal deformities and limb length discrepancy (LLD) at mid-childhood. In this case, we present the treatment of an adolescent with valgus deformities of the distal tibia and middle/distal femur, associated with an LLD. Patient was treated with multipl osteotomies, using a monoplanar fixator and a circular external fixator.
