Introduction
Cheryl L. Storm, Ph.D., has been closely identified with systemic supervision for much of her career. Storm has championed all aspects of systemic supervision, with most of her contributions focused on the state-of-the-art practices in systemic supervision. Storm has conceptually contributed to systemic supervision, disseminated the ideas and methods of systemic supervision nationally and internationally, and played a prominent role in establishing and maintaining high standards of systemic education, supervision, and supervision training.
Career
Storm became a systemic convert as a result of her community work as a probation officer and court sponsored divorce mediator. She went on to receive her Ph.D. in MFT from Purdue University in 1982. Over the remainder of her career she was committed to the education of systemic therapists and systemic supervisors for community settings.
