Abstract
Digitalization of processes has also affected business negotiations. To conduct such negotiations digitally requires dedicated system support to use the full potential that information and communication technology has to offer. Negotiation support systems (NSSs) enable digital negotiations. However, they differ considerably in the amount of negotiation support they provide. This chapter introduces the NSS Negoisst which offers the highest level of support of all current NSSs by integrating communication support, decision support, and contract management. Negoisst has been used for two decades around the world to teach digital negotiations, to provide international negotiation experiments and competitions, to train future negotiators, and to enhance the much-needed digital negotiation skills.
