Description

Ovoidal to trapezoidal terrain with complex surface topography and albedo patterns, characterized by an inner core of intersecting ridges and troughs (Fig. 1) surrounded by a series of subparallel and concentric bands (Smith et al. 1986; Janes and Melosh 1988) on Miranda (Fig. 2).
