Honeycomb terrain. This terrain is usually seen in close, and at times complex, stratigraphic association with the banded terrain and reticulate terrain in NW Hellas. Here we can see two examples of honeycomb terrain where the cells appear to be filled with material similar to the banded terrain material (a), while in other cases, the cells appear to be filled with rough and etched material (b).
