Description

The Diagnostic Behavioral Assessment for Autism Spectrum disorders-Revised (DiBAS-R) is a quick screening scale for adults with intellectual disability (ID) who are suspected of having autism spectrum disorder (ASD). It is based on the DSM-IV/5 and ICD-10 (APA 2013; Dilling 2014) criteria for ASD and consists of 19 items that are rated on a 4-point scale from “certainly true” to “never true.”It is completed by close caregivers and focuses on current behaviors within the past 3 months.
