Introduction

A fuel cell vehicle (hereinafter “FCV”) is an electric vehicle (hereinafter “EV”) that travels by powering its onboard electric motor by the electricity generated in its onboard fuel cell. Figure 1 shows examples of FCVs [ 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7] as of 2012.
