Made from oxidized linseed oil or combinations of drying oils, wood flour and/or ground cork, resins and pigment, rolled out and compressed onto an asphalt saturated felt, burlap, or other backing. Heat, which fuses and sets the oils and resins to form strong binding agents, is applied to the mixture during compression.
