Mixed pigment comprising zinc oxide and basic lead sulfate. Several grades are possible and vary in the proportions of the individual ingredients. Leaded zinc oxides are either mechanical mixtures of the two ingredients, or are made by heating together roasted zinc ore, lead sulfide ore and coal.
