n (1) The undesirable sticking together of two painted surfaces when pressed together under normal conditions or under specified conditions of temperature, pressure, and relative humidity. (2) Undesired adhesion between touching layers of a material, such as occurs under moderate pressure and sometimes pressure and heat, during storage of fabrication. Such agents are called  Antiblocking Agents.
