n PbSO4, Pigment White 2 (77633). Pigment containing normal lead sulfate (PbSO4) in “combination” with a proportion of basic lead which is taken to be an oxide (PbO). It is a white pigment which is used in considerable amounts in weather-resisting undercoats and finishes, usually in conjunction with carbonate white lead and/or zinc oxide.
