Many such theorems exist, with a typical one being: either Axv = bv has a solution or yAv = 0, ybv ≠ 0 has a solution. They can be shown to be equivalent to the strong duality theorem of linear programming.  Farkas' lemma;  Gordan's theorem;  Strong duality theorem; Transposition theorems.
