Environmental climatology is the study of the patterns, diffusion and transformation of pollutants in the atmosphere and their influence on human health. It is an interdisciplinary field of climatology and environmental science. It examines the relationships between climate and environmental factors, their interactions and the mechanisms that influence human development. It also studies the impact of human activities on regional and global climate change.
