Dune Landscape

This is a mound-like landscape that is formed by the accumulation of aeolian sand. Based on the amount of dune movement, dunes can be divided into fixed dunes, semi-fixed dunes and mobile dune. Based on their forms, dunes can be categorised into round dunes, oval dunes and barchan dunes (Fig. 29).
