Yellow Jade

This is a yellow nephrite that ranges from light yellow to dark yellow. Based on the characteristics, the colours can also be further labelled as chestnut yellow, okra flower yellow, egg yolk yellow and tiger skin yellow. Yellow nephrite is rare, and the type with a steamed chestnut colour like suet is considered the highest grade, equivalent to suet white jade.
