Triangular Fault Facets

Scarps cut by running water in gullies or valleys that form cliffs with triangular facets constitute landforms with triangular fault facets. Examples include the fault along the northern slope of the Qinling Mountains and the fault with triangular facets along the foothills in the Weihe Plain. They form unique scenic areas.
