This park is located in the Longgang District, Shenzhen City, with Daya Bay and Dapeng Bay to the east. It became a national mining park in 2005. The park focuses on the mining ruins landscape of the Pengxi marble mining area and integrates other experimental programmes. It is a functional park that combines knowledge and art with personal experience and is composed of a large underground goaf and four mine lakes.
